Development Audits

A Cunneen consultant will visit your organization to outline expectations and goals. The consultant will also present a plan for auditing existing practices. Audits include interviews with members of the board, existing staff, key volunteers and will include a comprehensive analysis of present activities benchmarked against Cunneen and industry best practice expectations. Upon completion of the Development Audit, a report will be provided that explores existing practices versus expectations. This report will offer practical steps from a cost benefit perspective that your organization may wish to consider taking.
Planning and Feasibility Studies
Utilizing twenty to one hundred personal, face-to-face interviews, Cunneen directors will analyze your organization's ability to conduct a major gifts or capital campaign. Organizations may wish to test several prospective campaign cases, the willingness of the community to support the campaign, different campaign goals, or begin to survey the interest among major donors. Building upon the personal interviews all studies utilize a series of mail surveys and demographic studies to augment the interview information.
